Annually celebrated for over 50 years, the Red Lodge Festival of Nations continues to honor its roots as a coal mining town through the diverse ethnic groups that worked and settled the area.Red Lodge Mountain Resort is known for its friendly people, great spring skiing, and its 18-hole public golf course beneath the breathtaking Beartooth Mountains.Red Lodge's Beartooth Nature Center is a nonprofit, educational center with over 100 native wild animals that cannot be returned to the wild. Recreation opportunities are abundant in the area traversed by the Byway.
